We often receive inquiries from clients regarding the art process, pricing or the process of booking an appointment. To help address these common queries, I have compiled a list of frequently asked questions. If you have any additional inquiries, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
How do I schedule a consultation call?
If you are interested in working with us and would love to speak more about your project, you may schedule a consultation call by clicking "BOOK CALL" below. This will take you to our schedule calendar that will enable you to book a call with us.
How long is the waiting period?
Depends on the design project you choose. Can vary from 1 week to a few months.
How much will it cost?
Art and Design pricing is located on our pricing page. Click the "Pricing" link below.
What if I'm not satisfied?
If you are not happy with the work completed, we will be glad to speak with you to seek out a solution to correct or compensate for any work you have received.
How do I pay?
We use Paypal, Cash App, Venmo and Zelle for payments. All projects will require a non-refundable deposit before any work begins. Invoices will be sent to you, the customer, with detailed description of project and services.
What is your availability?
We are available for phone calls between 8am -5pm, Monday - Saturday. You may email us anytime and will receive a response within 24hrs. If you are a client with us, we are available before and after office hours.
